Housing for Tango Dancers

My house could accommodate between 2-6 people. Location is great, just 1 block walking distance from Ashley's new dance studio on 4th and B.

The following are options:
1)   1 bedroom with double futon with foam top plus full bath.
2)    If you chose to take this room, then I would make the master bedroom, Queen bed, full bath available as well.
3)    Then, 1-2 people could stay in the living room on a blow up mattress as well and use either of the bathrooms.

Option 1 is $50 per night,  Option 2 is $95 per night, Option 3 is $130 per night.

Extra Room Available

I have an extra room available.  Its not the big, but with some cleaning could fit, somewhat comfortably, four people.  There is a twin blow up mattress also available, and a space heater.  The house is very old, and tends to be cold at night, so bring extra blankets.  Whoever is here absolutely has to have a car.  I'm going to school, and won't be attending the entire festival, so my transportation can't be always relied.  On the other hand, whenever we can, carpooling would be nice.  I drive, and have a car, but if we take it, gas money is expected.  We can't offer food, but we can offer the appliances in the house, and I can offer cooking any food that is brought into the house.  The bathroom and shower are available, as well as our washer.  The dryer though, doesn't work, and all clothes have to be hang dried (its take about a night for clothes to dry this way.)  We have a very friendly dog, which will love anyone willing to give him attention (a medium sized black lab) and a shy cat, who you'll very rarely see, but its long haired and anyone even remotely allergic to animals is highly discouraged.  I'm a high school student, and I live with my mother, and we are both very easy going, and friendly.  We'll befriend just about anyone in our house.  That said, I'd prefer someone close to my age... within at least twenty to twenty-five years.  So a thirty-five year old is welcome.  I live in Jacksonville, which is about twenty miles from Ashland, and its a beautiful drive on the back roads.  It only takes me about fifteen minuets to get there on the freeway.  I hope to hear from someone, and I except this will be a unique and exciting experience.

Couch or possibly a bedroom for single woman

I can offer a couch, and possibly even a bedroom to a woman. I live about a mile from town on Wightman (MIll Pond area) - it would have to be someone independent though (I won't be cooking for them). Whomever it is needs to be able to deal with teens in the house. My home is spacious and comfortable (and pretty clean). I do have a cat & a little dog, so someone allergic to animals won't be able to stay here.
